I was fortunate to meet Marcus during a two year stint I had living overseas in London, when I worked a stop-gap call centre job. Marcus delivered quite possibly the most engaging training session I’ve ever been a part of! The content was fairly simple and the topics common sense, but Marcus dived into the sessions with great energy and enthusiasm, and truly inspired the room.
